Employee on cooks line was drinking his drink then immediately touched the grill screen to begin cooking beef. Inspector spoke to employee about after drinking he wash his hands before continuing working with equipment in the kitchen.

Manager stated a different store borrowed her kit leaving this establishment with no kit/cleaning procedures, inspector spoke to manager about getting a new kit or writing her own procedures and tape on wall in office.
