High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : Spray n Wipe cleaner stored above a coffee pot, and on the same shelf as food grade pan release spray, in the cabinet next to the reach-in cooler/reach-in freezer.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed : the juice nozzles have buildup.

Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed the common area sink in the men,s restroom did not have soap.
