High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed : on the front line, containers of cut lemons stored in drink ice, no barrier. The ice was removed and the containers were wrapped in plastic wrap before replacing. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : pork in a bowl, above the cold holding area in the make table. This was plated up for dinner service. It was then placed below in the reach-in cooler. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed : the ice maker shroud has colored residue on it. Also, the ice scoop in the ice machine has the same orangish colored residue on it. The ice scoop has been cleaned. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed : a sponge/cloth in the cook line hand wash sink. The cloth was removed. Corrected On-Site
