Basic - Outer openings not protected with self-closing doors. Observed: the only door is not self closing and no screen present.

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed: fresh water leaking from under the mobile food truck. The water was cut off and stopped dripping. Corrected On-Site
