High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. meatballs (108F - Hot Holding); soup (122F - Hot Holding) items in steam well at front counter, employee stated items are heated in microwave then placed in steam well, employee stated too much water was in table and takes longer to heat up. Operator started reheating items to hot hold at 135F. Corrective Action Taken
