Observed sliced tomatoes 53F, shredded mozzarella 55F, sausage 53F, ham 54F in pizza make table at 12:00pm. Per manager, all items pulled from reach in cooler and placed in make table at approximately 11:00am. Manager took all items and placed inside walk in cooler. Corrective Action Taken
