Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Ice scoop soiled. Manager washed scoop at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Clean utensils stored between equipment and wall. Knives stored in space between three compartment sink and wall.

Basic - Grease on the ground and/or pad around grease receptacle.

Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed unlabeled spray bottle with pink substance.

Portable fire extinguisher gauge in red zone. For reporting purposes only. Observed one fire extinguisher in recharge.
