Observed veggie cooler - lettuce (51 - Cold Holding); cut tomatoes (48F - Cold Holding); fried egg (47F - Cold Holding); veggie patty (47F - Cold Holding), Per operator lettuce was stocked in cooler and left in cooler from this morning, could not determine what time of last good temperature. See Stop Sale. Per operator cut tomatoes, veggie patty and fried egg were stocked in unit at approximately 1-1:45 pm from walk in cooler and not moved. Operator removed items and stored in walk-in to cool. Corrective Action Taken Warning
