Employee touched raw sausage then removed gloves and picked up single use food paper liner to line food tray, without first washing hands. Reviewed proper hand washing and employee properly washed hands. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Employee used cookline hand sink to fill water container for use at grill. Reviewed proper use of hand sinks. Corrective Action Taken
