High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety, commercially processed food reheating for hot holding not heated to a minimum temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit in all parts. Cheese Sauce (117F - Hot Holding), commercial cheese sauce placed in steam table to reheat approximately 3 hours ago. Advised manager to remove cheese sauce from steam table and reheat on stove. Cheese sauce was placed on stove to reheat approximately. Corrective Action Taken
