Intermediate - Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. In flip top cooler, Cut Tomatoes (64F - Ambient Cooling) at 11:39 am , since 11 am to 64 F at 12:07 pm. At this rate, proper cooling will not occur. Manager placed tomatoes in walk in cooler to quick chill. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Two handwashing sinks in kitchen blocked by trash cans. Manager removed trash cans from in front of sinks. Corrected On-Site
