High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed employee enter kitchen from dining room area, put on gloves, and begin transferring food items from walk-in cooler to front counter cooler, no hand wash. Educated employee on proper hand wash procedures. Employee washed hands. Corrected On-Site
