Establishment was placed on a plan review warning on 5/27/22 and the warning was complied out on 7/27/22 by adding the additional food storage to the plans with D. Iverson. The establishment has 2 additional food storage trailers on the back side of the property behind the food truck. 1 being a cooler/freezer trailer and the other a dry storage trailer with the addition of 2 prep tables, a slicer and a hot holding cabinet. The dry storage trailer was added to the plans with only storage racks and not with a food prep area. Warning
