High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed raw beef patties at 44F in flip top reach in cooler in kitchen. Right door was found left open. Patties moved to reach-in freezer at approximately 15 minutes later, temperature reads 41F. Corrected On-Site
