Observed; krab sticks and cream cheese with no date marking in sushi display case. Person in charge stated krab sticks and cream cheese were opened within past 2 days. Observed multiple opened raw fish items with no date markings in reach in cooler closest to sushi display case.

Intermediate - Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed person in charge demonstrate wear to wash hands to inspector by washing hands in prep sink. Inspector educated person in charge that hand wash sinks are only sinks to be used for handwashing. Corrective Action Taken
