High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed the dem at 0 ppm for chlorine. The 3 compartment sink has complying quaternary amonia.

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over canned/bottled drinks. Observed raw shell eggs over lemonade and bottled water in the walk-in cooler. The eggs were moved below. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 1 live roach on the oven door frame, this was removed. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed 4 bottles of hand sanitizer stored on the prep table. These were moved to cleaning. Corrected On-Site
