Observed a mold like substance inside the ice machine and on the ice chute in the ice machine in the kitchen next to the prep tables. Also observed a mold like substance inside the ice machine at the bar. Operator cleaned and sanitized the ice chute and interior of rhe ice machine before the inspection was completed.
