High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On a prep table next to the grill, roast beef (49F - Cold Holding). Per operator the roast beef had been there less than 30 minutes. Operator moved the roast beef to the freezer for rapid cooling. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. There is a spray bottle of disinfectant cleaner stored next to croutons and a container of hand soap stored next to a squeeze bottle of oil by the triple sink. Operator removed the cleaner and soap. Corrected On-Site
