High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking. At the server station observed butter held on time control, operator stated butter was taken out right before start of inspection and is only out from 12-2:30pm. Operator stated they will time mark butter.

Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair on the cook line and back food prep area. Operator stated floors are being replaced within weeks coming up.
