Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed one employee bagging orders not wearing hair restraint. Operator instructed employee to put on hair restraint and employee did as instructed. Corrected On-Site

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no hand wash sign at hand wash sink by bread racks in kitchen. Operator placed a new sign during inspection. Corrected On-Site
