Basic - Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Multiple sanitizer buckets containing sanitizer solution stored on prep surfaces. Discussed with operator the need for proper storage of sanitizer buckets. Operator acknowledged and moved all buckets to proper storage area. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Open dumpster lid. Operator stated the dumpster service company does not close lid before backing it into its space which makes it impossible to close the lid. Operator has contacted service company but they have not taken care of the problem. Repeat Violation
