On cooks line, observed clam sauce (50F - Cold Holding); cream sauce (50F - Cold Holding); meat sauce (50F - Cold Holding) on ice. Per operator, products have been cold holding for two hours. Operator added more ice to ice bath. Corrective Action Taken
