Observed employee with gloved hand touch her clothing and proceeded to touch microwave. Spoke with employee regarding handwashing. Employee removed gloves and washed hands. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in steam well Sausage (110F - Hot Holding); Cooked egg (109F-110F - Hot Holding). Manager voluntarily discarded eggs, and reheated sausage. Corrected On-Site
