High Priority - Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed cut vegetables in walk-in cooler with cloth towel used to cover. Observed multiple raw fish and cut vegetables in walk-in cooler and in sushi bar lined with non food grade paper towels. Manager will have employees remove paper towels.
