High Priority - Establishment operating with no potable running water. Observed food truck with no potable running water. Employee attempted to turn on water pump but water did not begin running. After a few minutes the water began running but was leaking on to floor of truck. Inspector was capable of washing hands. Operator arrived to work on leak. Corrected On-Site Warning
