Intermediate - Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing liquid waste improperly. Observed food truck unable to move due to flat tires. Person in charge stated waste water is removed from waste tank and dumped into bucket, then transported to be dumped off site.

Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle is not self-propelled or otherwise movable from place to place. Observed food truck unable to move due to flat tires and grass growing up sides. Person in charge stated tires are intentionally deflated as a theft preventative.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed food debris build up on gaskets of reach in cooler doors.

High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Establishment license expired 06/01/2023.

Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
