Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection observed moisture between stacked plastic pans on drying rack.

High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed marinated chicken fillet at 50F. Operator stated the chicken had been prepped over 4 hours ago.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed marinated chicken fillet at 50F. Operator stated the chicken had been prepped over 4 hours ago. See stop sale.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed no vacuum breaker on splitter attachment at back mop sink in dish washing area.

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed ice machine behind front counter with mold-like substance on ice guard.

Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop with handle in powdered milk container not above food line.

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed water leaking from pipe onto floor under hand washing sink in kitchen next to bread rack.
