Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Upon inspection observed multiple ceiling tiles in dining room and bathrooms in disrepair with apparent water damage. Dry storage by back ceiling light paint pealing from ceiling. Disrepair of ceiling above walk in cooler entrance.
