Basic - Compartment of equipment subject to the accumulation of moisture is not sloped to drain to allow complete drainage. Equipment attached to ice bin in back of establishment leaking water onto not in use prep table.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed mold-like substance buildup in light fixture above ice bin in back of establishment.

Basic - Water draining onto floor surface. Water from air conditioning vent in ware washing area dripping onto floor.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. One side of mop sink splitter missing automatic vacuum breaker.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels in hand wash sink in men's bathroom. Paper towels refilled during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Wall under first drive through window damaged/missing trim tile.
