Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Upon inspection observed 3 CO2 tanks not secured outside in the back of restaurant. Manager proceeded to chain tanks at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection observed moisture between stacked plastic pans on drying rack.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Upon inspection observed ice buildup inside reach in freezer in Main bar.

Basic - Hood filter missing from automatic fire suppression/exhaust system.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Upon inspection observed grease buildup in hood filter system in kitchen.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.

Basic - Open dumpster lid. Upon inspection observed dumpster doors open.

Basic - Grease on the ground and/or pad around grease receptacle. Upon inspection observed garbage around dumpster pad.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Upon inspection observed gasket around reach in cooler soiled with slime .

Basic - Open dumpster lid. Upon inspection observed dumpster door opened.

Basic - Employee beverage container in ice machine/ice bin. Upon inspection observed water bottle inside ice bin in front bar.

Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Upon inspection observed water standing in bottom of multiple reach in coolers in kitchen.
