Basic - Ceiling tile missing. Upon inspection observed multiple ceiling tiles missing from dry storage room.

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection observed moisture between stacked pans on drying racks.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Upon inspection observed ice buildup inside reach in freezer by servers station.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Upon inspection observed grease buildup under and behind cooking equipment. Repeat Violation

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Upon inspection observed ceiling tiles in front of ice maker in kitchen soiled with accumulation of dust. Repeat Violation

Basic - Observed; ware washing room ceiling observed with active leak. No evidence of cross contamination observed.
