Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Upon inspection observed multiple cooking equipment in poor condition in kitchen. Repeat Violation

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Upon inspection observed ice buildup in both walk-in and reach in coolers.

Basic - Ceiling tile missing. Upon inspection observed approximately 8 ceiling tiles missing from dining area. Repeat Violation

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Upon inspection observed multiple equipment in poor condition on main cook line. Repeat Violation

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Upon inspection observed bottom of main cook grill soiled with accumulation of grease in kitchen.
