Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Upon inspection observed mold like substance inside ice machine. Manager proceeded to clean ice machine at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Upon inspection observed employee eating on main make line by grill. Manager proceeded to correct employee at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Upon inspection observed employee cell phone one make line cutting board. Employee proceeded to remove cell phone at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Upon inspection observed grease bucket outside the restaurant full , grease only in receptacle around bucket , no grease on ground.

Basic - Upon inspection observed interior of ice machine with mold like substance in back of the kitchen.

Basic - Upon inspection observed interior of refrigerator with standing water in the bottom , on the left side of cook line in kitchen.
