Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Upon inspection observed mold like substance inside ice machine in kitchen. Manager proceeded to clean ice machine at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Upon inspection observed ice scoop handle touching ice in both kitchen ice machine and servers ice machine. Operators proceeded to remove scoops out at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Upon inspection observed WB-40 can in the bottom of main line besides a plate with food in kitchen.

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Upon inspection observed employee cell phone on top of warmer on main line in kitchen.

Basic - Open dumpster lid. Upon inspection observed dumpster door opened.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Upon inspection observed walk in coolers inside and out side vents soiled with accumulation of dust.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Upon inspection observed vent in front of walk-in cooler with accumulation of dust in kitchen.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. First walk in freezer in offset storage building has ice buildup on floor. No ice buildup observed on food items.

Basic - Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. Top of dish machine soiled

Basic - Food stored on floor. Pots of cooked beans on floor in walk in cooler. Repeat Violation

Basic - Food stored on floor. Two covered pans with beans stored on floor. Employee moved pans during inspection.

Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall at interior doorway of walk in cooler nearest prep tables has debris buildup along door frame.
