High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed chicken broth (130F - Hot Holding) in thermos on counter for less than four hours per person in charge. Person in charge had cook reheat to 165F. Discussed hot holding must remain at 135F or greater. Corrective Action Taken
