High Priority - Roach excrement and/or droppings present. Observed approximately 50 roach droppings on the drain board and in the 3 compartment sink. Observed 10 roach droppings on the counter by the window. This is a non-operational inspection due to the establishment being in an extended period of not operating. Establishment must be in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations prior to reopening. Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed no ambient thermometer in reach in cooler by the 3 compartment sink.

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed pipe is leaking under 3 compartment sink.
