High Priority - Employee washed hands with cold water. Inspector washed hands immediately after employee, Water was 75F, reached 83F after running for approximately 2 minutes. Discussed proper hand wash with operator

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Splitter used on mop sink faucet in lobby closet, a backflow device is needed on the end opposite the chemical system side.

Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed one male food handler in cook line without a hairnet. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed wet nesting amber pans in dish drying area.
