Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Unwashed tomatoes stored over ready to eat items in walk in cooler. Operator moved tomatoes to lower shelf. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed under drive through soda fountain. Standing water is contributing to mold like substance on the floor.

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Towel and brush in hand sink at front counter. Employee removed. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Georgia Peach Custard (54F) and Chocolate Custard (47F) in custard machine. Custard was placed into machine from walk in cooler at 9:30am, temp at 12:05pm. Operator removed custard and placed in walk in cooler Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed buildup of debris on soda fountain at drive through.
