Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed a small CO2 tank not secured in the back area next to the dishwashing area. Manager chained it to the storage rack. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed an employee drink being stored on the shelf above the expo area. Manager had employee remove drink. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed an employee cellphone on the shelf above the expo line. Manager had employee remove cellphone. Corrected On-Site
