Discussed with manager swapping the microwaves and employee drink area. Observed black plastic coffee cup sitting on top of clean plates across from cookline. Employee moved cup and brought top dish to dishwasher. Corrective Action Taken

Employee hats and arm brace stored on shelf in back dry storage near 3 compartment sink with bottles of soy sauce. Discussed moving small amount of food on that shelf and designating entire shelf for employees.
