Shrimp and raw beef were placed in refrigerator to thaw 2 hours prior to inspection, item temped at 49F and 71F. Operator explained that items had been in cooler for 3 hours. Ambient air inside of reach in cooler is 63F. Operator is aware that refrigerator is not functioning properly. Spoke with operator about not using refrigerator for potentially hazardous food items until a mechanic can fix machine or continuing to use it for fresh produce exclusively. Operator removed items from reach in cooler near three compartment sink to another refrigerator. Repeat Violation Warning
