To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed Solee B. And Charles L. Both have expired training. Spoke to manager. They have already ordered the training booklets and are just waiting for them to come in.

Basic - Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation. There are no beard guards in establishment. I spoke with manager and she said she would be ordering them.

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a bottle of sanitizer stored in dry storage shelf adjacent to 3-compartment sink

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Eggs (45F - Cold Holding) Manager moved to different cooler to chill. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Walk in cooler shelves soiled. Employee began cleaning shelves during inspection. Corrective Action Taken
