High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed Current license expired.

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed soap and hand sanitizer stored in handwashing sink , Operator moved items to appropriate location. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Observed missing license numbers with 2 inch stickers ,contrasting colors on side of the food truck, discussed with operator he said he will have them put on this week.

Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
