Establishment added multiple pieces of equipment. Hot holding units in the front area. Various dough machines in back area, used to flatten dough. Large mixers for batches of dough. A press that cuts dough to certain sizes. Reach in coolers in front area behind customer access, converted old seating area to to-go buffet. Rotating oven added by back door, across from walk in cooler. Handwash sinks were relocated as well. Handwash sink was moved to the opposite side of the three compartment sink. Handwash sink by mop sink was moved to back wall. Wall was added by office and prep tables were added. Operator stated he plans on expanding the back of the restaurant and adding a bigger walk in cooler with access from the inside.
