Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle is not vehicle mounted. Observed the mobile food truck had fencing around the MFDV that is not easy to disconnect. Owner needs to make sure that MFDV is easily mobile on 5 minutes for anything on the MFDV including utilities hook ups.
