Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee rinsed food utensil in handwash sink. Discussed with operator about handwash sink for handwash only. Repeat Violation

High Priority - Employee washed hands with cold water. Observed employee washed hands in handwash sink with no hot water at 100 F or more. Discussed with operator about proper hot water for handwash is 100F or above.
