Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Metal insert pans and plastic pans were wet-nested, stored as clean in the dish area. Educated Operator on wet-nesting/air drying clean wares.

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee preparing food on the drive thru line wearing a bracelet.

Intermediate - No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. Five employees engaged in direct food preparation on the production line, one employee and one Manager in drive-thru handing out food. One employee at front counter/register and handing out food. Outside hose bibb by back door to kitchen no vacuum breaker. Discussed with operator and showed a picture of proper backflow prevention step. This is a repeat violation from 5/3/2022 and 9/15/2021.
