Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled, located in the dish area. Removed bottle and placed in office.

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils on the cook line.

Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Four bins of dry ingredients had stored scoops with the handles touching the ingredients. Employee moved the scoops to handles up position. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Right side of building on outside. Repeat 10/19/2022. Repeat Violation

Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Soda gun and ice scoop in standing water 69F near pass through window.

Basic - Label on a food item prepared and packaged onsite for customer self-service does not include product identity/description, date product was packaged and name and address of the establishment that prepared and packaged the food. No label for customer self service muffins.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb on outside right.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Drink dispensing gun nozzle soiled with accumulation of black mold like substance.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair in back of kitchen.
