Observed Ham (48°F - Cold Holding); Sausage (48°F - Cold Holding); Diced tomatoes (49°F - Cold Holding) in reach in cooler by Pizza oven for about an hour and a half. Operator noticed knob was shut off accidentally. Turned unit back on. At end of inspection all items were betwee n 41°F and 43°F. Corrected On-Site Warning
