Basic - Hotel and Restaurant license decal not displayed on mobile food dispensing vehicle. Operator states that Tallahassee never sent out his decal even after he called them twice.

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed operator could not locate test kit for chlorine. Repeat Violation

Basic - Clean utensils stored between equipment and wall. Observed knives stored between wall and 3 compartment sink drain/drying shelf.
