Basic - Soiled dry wiping cloth in use. Observed soiled dry wiping cloths used to line bottom of reach in cooler at front bar area.

Basic - Standing water in waste line. Observed standing water accumulated in soda gun holsters not draining through waste line at front bar area.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed three damp mops stored inside mop buckets not allowing to properly air dry.

Basic - In-use ice scoop for ice machine in dry storage area stored on soiled surface on top of ice machine between uses.

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed hot water nozzle in back bar area in disrepair.

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed soda bag on floor stored in floor in back bar area. Observed manager remove bag from floor. Corrected On-Site
